This week in science
Happy Wednesday morning! Thanks for joining in for another This Week in Science with 5 cool pieces of science.
Enjoy! And let me know what you think by taking the polls at the bottom and/or sending me an email with your thoughts.

People love making robots. These particular people decided to do it a bit differently and make “biobots” out of human cells. Their “biorobot” could move around (like cells normally do), heal scratches, and more.
I’m confused what the distinction between a normal cell and a “biobot” is, but thought it was an interesting way to frame the work.
“Electrodes placed inside the brains of five people with traumatic injuries improved recipients’ performance in attention and memory tests.”
Exactly what it sounds like. They’re pretty sweet.
A bit different from my normal science content but still a fun find. Scientists found the oldest pliosaur (read: scary sea dinosaur from Jurassic Park) fossil to date.
NASA takes a look at an asteroid sample that took 7 years and $1 billion to gather.
See you next week for more science,
Neil
