Happy Wednesday morning! Thanks for joining in for another week. Here’s 5 new articles I think you’ll like.

Google makes a big step forward in quantum computing by figuring out how to preserve quantum bits for long times. This lets them exist long enough to be much more effective and potentially take quantum computers to the next level.

Scientists develop a new machine learning based method to predict the weather. Normally, weather predictions use physics-based simulations. As machine learning and other forms of artificial intelligence improve, they can start being used in conjunction to improve accuracy without relying on knowing more underlying physics.

The story of one of the first cell therapies for autoimmune diseases. Autoimmune diseases, like MS and Crohn’s disease, are notoriously hard to treat. New cell therapies are a much needed step towards effective therapies.
